Lo and behold, the Exalted Imam Obama now tell us that shovel-ready projects don’t exist after all!

That’s $862 billion spent for . . . what? National Review tells us that three-tenths of a percent was used to improve federal infrastructure. What’s happening with the rest of the money? Why isn’t everyone up in arms that Obama is either incompetent or a liar and tried to completely mislead us as to why we should go further into debt with the Chinese to enact the stimulus? The Imam is shoveling something alright but it doesn’t have much to do with highway projects.
